We are an independent association registered in Geneva, Switzerland under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code, with a complementary entity in Paris, France under the Law of 1 July 1901. We operate pioneering Web3 accountability infrastructure anchored by our lobitocorridor.eth domain on the Ethereum blockchain.

Geneva — International Hub

The DRC is the largest Francophone country by population. French is the DRC's official language. Paris concentrates Francophone African civil society, academic expertise, the Congolese diaspora, and EU institutional access. The Agence Française de Développement is a major corridor funder. Our Paris entity serves as Francophone Africa hub for French institutions, EU programs, DRC-focused activities, and Francophone civil society networks.
